Availability

All plants are offered subject to availability. Some are produced in small batches throughout the growing season and plants are sold all year weather permitting. Customers requiring large quantities should telephone before placing an order. No substitutes are made unless specific instructions are included on the order form.

Transit

Plants are despatched in good condition. Please notify us and the carrier of any delay or damage to the plants in transit, providing details in writing. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the plants. We are not responsible for the plants after delivery and inspection.

Payment

The preferred method is using Paypal. You may post or telephone your order if paying by cheque. Strictly payment with order. Cheques should be made to Butterflies and Beasties. You may post or telephone your order if paying by cheque. Post and Packing Plants are sold in 7cm pots, boxed and marked individually or according to quantity for large orders. To keep the postage prices to a minimum, plants are sent out as dry as possible. Wet or sopping plants are heavy. And if parcels are delayed it isn't healthy. Give plants a watering on arrival and plant out as usual. All plants are topped with fresh compost. Placing an order signifies an acceptance of these terms. Mail order is available all year although plants will be dormant in the winter months. Please indicate if you want plants sent while dormant.
